One of the greatest songs ever

15 Jan

Anyone who has ever mentioned the “emo” trend in my presence is aware of my resounding hatred for it, as well as my various suggestions for making sure they don’t breed (fortunately, I doubt that’s a problem).

Therefore, it should come as no surprise how much I adore this song.

And while we’re at it, the hot new toy for all your kids next year. Tickle Me Emo.

I feel happier already!

This might come as no surprise but I have no idea what Emo means. I’m sure I’ve even looked it up, but it left no impression on me. When people say Emo I still think of Emo Philips.

(Emo Philips had a hilarious little bit in Weird Al’s hilarious movie, UHF. Let me see if I can find it.)

    Here it is. HILARIOUS.

I’m glad you liked it. I liked it too. 🙂 And the song that Kristine’s talking about is by the weird, weird (but not Weird Al) Bob Rivers, but I couldn’t find it online either. But I HAVE heard it before.

Unfortunately, the internet age is a strange and foreign thing to poor Kristine, who provided a link that goes nowhere at all. And thus I give you.

The right page. With the song she mentioned, right at the top.

Um, it helps if Kristine can spell twisted tunes with the D 😀

These computer keyboards are tricky, what with all their letters!

    *runs!*
